Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are considered confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued to the guest.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not provided prior notice, the booking will be treated as a 'no-show' and no refund will be issued.
4. Early Departure
Once a guest has checked in, no refunds will be provided for unused nights in the event of early departure.
5. Non-Refundable Rates
Certain promotional or discounted rates may be offered as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.
6. Amendments to Bookings
Requests to modify booking dates or details may be accommodated subject to availability. Any changes may incur additional charges depending on the new dates or rates selected.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or serious illness, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
8. Third-Party Bookings
For reservations made through third-party platforms or agents, their respective cancellation and refund policies will apply. Guests are advised to review those terms at the time of booking.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
